Return Shipping

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged, and only if inventory is available. 
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend:

• Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
• Retaining proof of shipment.
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. For exchanges, approval depends on available stock and may result in a refund for the order.
• Once return details are confirmed, we will provide the return shipping address (Self-Return). 

Exceptions to the Policy:

While our policy is generally that all sales are final, we acknowledge that there may be exceptional cases. In specific circumstances, such as product defects or other significant issues with the merchandise, we may, at our discretion, consider requests for refunds or exchanges. To make such a request, please provide proof of purchase and submit it to our support team. Each request will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made based on the merits of each case.
