Event pickup is available for Super Bowl Capsule items only during Super Bowl weekend. Please review all details below to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Eligible Items
Event pickup is ONLY available for Super Bowl Capsule items
Mixed carts are not eligible
If your cart includes non–Super Bowl items, you must place separate orders
Presale Window
Presale is open through Saturday at midnight

Inside the museum
Look for Empire Merch brand ambassadors for pick up location
Pickup Date & Hours
Sunday only
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pickup hours align with Levi’s event schedule
Pickup Process
Orders are fulfilled in real time as they are received
Orders are organized alphabetically by first name
Items are filed under the first and last name on the order
What You’ll Need at Pickup
Your order confirmation email from Shopify
Order confirmation must be shown to receive your items
Important Pickup Policy
We cannot ship pickup orders
Any orders not picked up during the pickup window will be canceled
Refunds will be issued for canceled, unclaimed orders
